A Live Demo by Sherry Bellamy !!

Sherry will demonstrate 2 beads:

1. Tangled Web, in which she creates a wire-wrapped component off-mandrel and adds it to the bead.

2. Shipwreck Bead: a compilation bead that utilizes the layering of pale colours and various techniques within 1 large bead.

What to bring: Please bring your own didymium glasses.

About the artist:

Sherry Bellamy is a full-time glass artist living in British Columbia. She is renowned for her innovative dramatic beads and her enthusiastic teaching style. Her work is based on many unusual and original techniques. She says “I work in many styles, and I love trying to work outside the box!” Sherry is a popular teacher who has been invited to teach in Belgium, Holland, the US and Russia. About the location:

Andrighetti Glassworks is located at the corner of West 3rd Ave and Ontario St. in Vancouver. It is 2 blocks west of Main and 6 blocks north of Broadway. Entrance is in the back. Parking is available behind building or on nearby streets.
