The fourth in a series of exhibitions of hand-made glass beads from across the nation, held at Pynelogs Gallery in Invermere, BC.

Pacific Pyros & CV Arts at Pynelogs Cultural Centre Present

Pynelogs Cultural Centre is an historical log building on the edge of Lake Windermere in Invermere, BC. The Columbia Valley Arts Council operates it as a gallery, artistic workshop facility and venue for musical concerts.

Opening day, May 20th. On this long weekend, visitors from Alberta flood into the Columbia Valley.
Part of the challenge with this exhibit, was how to display beads on the walls.

 Another imaginative hanging.

The CV Arts supplied lots of food, and wine.

These displays were made by Leslie Israelson and her twin sister Melanie Rowe, with help from Natalie Ruby, Kae and Al Sarich.
These were incredible works of art in themselves, and "thank you" hardly seems adequate.

Just one of several tables full of gorgeous beads. There were 47 artists and 250 individual pieces.

Leah Duperrault was one of our key volunteers in Invermere.
Missing from these photos (because she is behind the camera) is Susan Ewart who travelled to Invermere with Tamara to deliver the beads and set up.
