On a very beautiful hot sunny day in August we were invited to Kerri Fuhr's house. For those of you that did not make it out to Langley you missed a great day.

some more watery moves.

The feast.

We all finally dried off and headed into Kerri's
Studio for her dragonfly demo.
Here she is gathering enough glass to
fill the press.

Kerri uses different tools to
push glass around. This is the way she
gets her great clouds to appear.

Once Kerri has pressed the glass
into the shape she wants,
she makes the first set of wings.

She has her stringers ready, and begins on the second set of wings.

Kerri uses her razor tool to keep
the wings edges sharp.
This is the finished bead.
Awesome demo Kerri.

Here is one of Kerri's lentil pressed
dragonfly beads.
The colors are amazing.

A dark blue lentil
dragonfly bead.

Dragonfly and flowers on black.
Great shape, and so colorful.

Two more of Kerri's
amazing beads.

A bug theme for our
exchange.

We would like to thank Kerri for a wonderful day full of swimming, eating, drinking and of course
the great demo of her amazing dragonfly beads.
