So, for those of you that think our AGMs are just business, sometimes we get the boring things done efficiently, and have some time left over to turn on the torch.

We dealt with our business pretty efficiently, and were done by 9:30. We had three members from out of town attending: Denise Bouliane from Nanaimo, Susan Hood from Nova Scotia, and Jan Parada from Sorrento.	Time left over, yay!! Jan Parada demonstrated her adorable horsehead beads.
We were paying very close attention.
	Jan has been drawing cartoons since she was a child. When her sister, Susan Hood, introduced her to lampworking, it seemed like a natural progression to start drawing them in glass.   Thanks Jan for adding this very fun demo to our night, and thank you to Joanne for hosting.
