August’s Beer & Beadz was hosted by Joanne & Dave Carter. I was away on vacation so Trudy stepped up and took pictures and provided a recap of the event. In her words … We ate, drank, laughed and some played giant Jenga. Dave and Joanne were (as always) gracious hosts and Dave had a […]

This month’s Beer & Beadz was hosted by Susan Otto-bain in a Hawaiin theme at her studio (aka “the Tiki Hut”). Once again, a very well attended event. [layerslider id=”13″] When I arrived there were already several members in attendance and Susan was BBQ’ing hamburgers. Everyone brought a little something to go with the burgers […]
May’s Beer & Beadz was hosted by Melanie Graham. Her theme was flowers. It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon and shortly after 2pm she had a housefull! Eleven members crowded into Melanie’s studio to watch her make beautiful earring pairs using dichro dots and then her new floral mandala bead. I love to watch Melanie […]
Elisabeth was our host for this month’s Beer & Beadz. As usual there was a wonderful spread of yummy food & desserts. There were 11 people in attendance as Ikuyo Yamanaka demonstrated her 3D floral murrini. Ikuyo likened the prep work she did ahead of time like a cooking show.

Say hello to your 2018 Executive President/Communications – Debbie […]

It was a beach theme with the members being challenged to show our beach inspired beads. I really […]

Each year Kerry hosts the annual Christmas party and B&B. Everyone brings an appetizer to share, a beverage to drink, and a gift to exchange. The gift exchange is a pick & steal style where a person picks a gift and either opens it or uses it to steal someone else’s gift. The only rule […]
Once again Bling! was a great success. It’s always a good sign when you have a line up waiting at the door half an hour before the show opens. This year we had significantly more traffic which can be attributed to a significant increase in our marketing efforts. There were Facebook & Instagram blasts featuring […]
